8th Biennial AsianSIL Conference, 24-28 May 2021
PhD Students Workshop, 20-21 May 2021
The conference will include sessions in a range of formats including an opening plenary, academic presentation sessions, curated discussions/roundtables, networking sessions and a PhD Students Workshop.
This Call for Abstracts invites members of the Society and the international law community to submit abstracts for short presentations at the biennial conference. We are also inviting proposals for panel discussions with a moderator and 3-4 presenters. When submitting a panel proposal, we encourage you to have a gender balance of panellists and a mix of Junior and Senior Scholars.
We are also inviting expressions of interest from Higher Degree Research students who wish to participate in the PhD Workshop which is part of this conference. Unless speaking in another capacity, PhD Students are asked to apply to present at the dedicated PhD Students Workshop rather than at the 8th Biennial AsianSIL Conference.
* Meetings of the Society's Interest Groups and business meetings will take place online from 16 - 18 August 2021 as the second part of the conference.
